“There are not enough good things to say about this shop and the people working here! A belt in our tire shifted on the interstate on our way to Florida. We were exhausted, overwhelmed, stressed out and over 4 hours from home. We stopped at another shop around the corner to be basically be laughed at and told if we were still in town in a week, they could (maybe) help us. Lisa and Jessica in the front office were so kind and helpful, there was a small play area to occupy our 6-year-old, and Chris in the shop came and explained the problem and answered all of our questions. They gave us much-needed peace of mind and if they were any closer to home, we would be making them our first choice for any of our automotive needs!”
“Fastest oil change I’ve ever had. Pulled up, went inside while they changed my oil, and left in 15 minutes. Nice staff and went right to work as soon as I pulled up. Will be back!”

“Took my granddaughters car here to get the tires looked at because they kept loosing air. Went to pick up and young lady said the valve stems were loose and the mechanic tightened them up. I asked how much and she said no charge will definitely be going back for any thing I need done on my cars! Great experience.”

(Making the customer feel good about using their services) They are fast, get what you need, the manager or nice lady that works the office area is awesome as well as the other employees, extremely fair priced. “Unfortunately I developed a break problem (stuck caliper) 2 1/2 hours away from home. Fortunately, I found this place. I pulled up to a jam packed business on a Friday thinking there was no way they could fit me in that day. One of their technicians gladly said that he would work through lunch for me knowing my situation. Everyone there from the owner, to the ladies behind the counter, to the technician took me in like I was family and I am so grateful for that. They had me back on the road in an hour and a half at a more than reasonable price. Thanks again Smith for going above and beyond for me. On a scale of 1-10 I give them an eleven!”

“I've brought two vehicles here recently (van & truck), both for different air conditioning problems. One just had restricted air flow, and the other needed a new condenser. I was so impressed by their service that I've scheduled routine maintenance on both and the brake repair.
You will need an appointment because these folks do stay busy.. for good reason.
The owner (Mr. Gray) and his staff are professional, helpful, and *honest*. There's no indication or feeling of them 'selling' unnecessary repairs.
When working on my van, they found that my brakes needed minor work (not a surprise since I've never had any brake work done on that 20 year old vehicle). They simply listed their findings on my bill - they didn't call trying to sell me hundreds of dollars of extra work.
I also need a new windshield and asked the owner if he could recommend someone. He gave us the name of the company they use, but he said the work can be done on site by that company, if we wanted, while the vehicle is there for the brake job - and Kohl's makes all the arrangements. Getting both repairs taken care of at once at the same place is very convenient.
Apparently, Kohl's has a great reputation & has been in business a long time, but I've just discovered them.
Kohl's is definitely my new go-to for vehicle repairs and maintenance.”

We brought our Nissan Sentra to him and not only did he diagnose the issue quickly but he had it fixed quickly and understood how much this car means to us as my mom gave it to us before she passed away. His prices are more than reasonable and I have already bragged about him to so many friends and family members! He did a phenomenal job and our car is running like new! Thank you Mr. Snyder! Hard to find honest mechanics who take pride in their work and value their customers like this man does!”
