I would not recommend this post office. They won’t deliver your mail and say they did and they will change an address you have to send because they think it’s wrong! Then when it never gets delivered and ends up lost in the mail you will lose the cost of the item and the cost of their lousy highly overpriced shipping ! Terrible place and do not fess up to their mistakes!!! Not much different than most post office’s!!

Very helpful staff here. I mailed a Priority envelope to California recently which should have been delivered in 3 to 5 days. I watched it online via the USPS tracking system. It was not delivered in 5 days, 7 days or 10 days. I re-visited the post office to see if they could help. The clerk didn't find any other information but took my name and phone number and told me she would keep checking on it. You can't file a claim until after 15 business days. This package was finally delivered on apx. day 20. It was no fault of the Liberty Post Office. The mail left Liberty on same day that I mailed it. It arrived in Jackson, MS also on that day and left Jackson the following morning. After that the mail showed "In transit" until delivered. I guess I will never know what happened to it but I am glad it finally arrived. I received a phone call the day after delivery from the Liberty Post Office letting me know that the envelope had been delivered. Did they have to do that? No! It was a nice gesture and very thoughtful. Thank you, Liberty Post Office!
