Ordered a transmission from them for a customer vehicle. Part was shipped to us quickly. Part failed immediately. We attempted to repair the transmission but parts needed for repair were not available. When I contacted Joe about this he and Hope immediately refunded our money without any issues. Very helpful, very honest people, which is a hard quality to find in this industry.Service: Transmission

It was only like 25$ more for used alternator here than another place in town but well worth the little extra for them to take part off another vehicle for me and the part is working excellent!! Customer service was also excellent
