Had a car accident on May the 13th. Had the car towed to the local body shop which is west body shop that night. Went over the next day to get them to complete an estimate gave them my insurance info and gave insurance the info now it's the 25th and no word. Had the cadillac dealership call to get the car and they told them they were in the middle of tearing the car down to do an estimate. Charged me $836.00 200 towing 125 to rip a no good bumper off and over 400 for storage and never got the estimate done. In short west body shop is not a great place to take your vehicle and please don't leave your car with them or ever ask for an estimate it might be a 1000 dollar bill.
