The internet service works GREAT. It is running three phones, one tablet, 3 TV's, a laptop and a desktop with no issues!!!!

We were supposed to get wifi two weeks ago but it kept getting delayed. They gave us a different date and a different excuse everytime we called asking about our wifi. We were supposed to get it set up today and no one ever showed up but got a call saying it’ll be two more weeks before they set it up for us. Customer service is terrible and definitely understand why the reviews aren’t great.

Absolutley the most incompetent, usless company ever had to use. Customer service? Forget that. Still trying to get my service strightened out for over 7 weeks. Wrong name, account number does not match account, phone features don't work. I can't even call TDS from the piad phone line with them. I have to use my cell phone. But I sure can get spam calls from that line. Paying for spam calls--thats great! Did I mention the hour long wait time to speak with a CSR who then knows nothing--and thats just tech suport!

Terrible service. Internet never works. Hour long phone waits on hold. Incomplete repairs. Billing screwed up. Streaming impossible. This Company TDS Telecom is a total disaster. One star is too much.

Absolute worst internet provider out there. Internet constantly goes out, customer service reps are rude and techs are not trained. Patienly waiting for the day another provider comes to this area so I can drop them like a hot potato. Maybe a complaint to the BBB and Public Service Commission will help?

Terrible, constantly going out. Incredibly slow when it is working. If I had any other options I wouldn't be using them. Dsl has had 1 light out for weeks but they assured me that I have no issues.

The internet constantly goes out. We have to turn our router off and back on five or six times a day. And if it rains you can forget it.

They sold me a package that they don't actually have the capability to make it work in my area. After several service calls (a couple claimed to not be able to find my house) they decided that the equipment on the road was unavailable to preform to my plans specs. TDS customer service then lied about costs of various plans when I ask for credit for the 11 months it did not properly work. Even after telling them I was looking at their web page and could see the prices they kept trying to change numbers around. Unfortunately I'm stuck with them, if you have any alternatives I would highly recommend ANYONE BESIDES TDS.
