UPS customer service is terrible! If the driver can't find your address you are out of luck. Why would they close the customer support at the Hattiesburg terminal. ????

Small place off main road ..it was a easy in and a easy out
...people there really nice and polite..weird hrs ..only open a few hrs a day..but over all it was a pleasant trip there and worth the ride

Recently the driver has changed and it is known we have a big dog he barks but can't pass the first tree and there's a solid 2 acres with 1 covered building the dog can't reach. Was told they can't just leave packages on the mailbox or in the yard but it's never been a problem before. There's also a cage and building under the cover of the building the dog can't even get near that has to be passed to get to the house. Told them the dog wasn't aggressive but if the driver is just scared of dogs they can't deliver to our house. We haven't had an issue before the driver change. Was also told they can't control who drops off the package, but I've been told by the previous driver before it was their route.

Not sure I like the customer counter moved up so close to the door. More of us are exposed to the elements. Although adjusting the hours have helped. Staff are very helpful. Thanks for being there.

If you are coming this way to send something and there is nobody at the counter, you might as well go to the back to call somebody's attention. Otherwise, you will be sitting there for a while.

Had a email my package was to be delivered yesterday and there was a attempt to deliver no-one came to my house to attempt delivery then when I called to pick it up I was told there would be a charge for what to pick up my package seriously

Horrible. My daughters research medication was supposed to arrive yesterday. It was on the truck all day yesterday and the driver didn't want to deliver it. They told my wife it would be delivered no later than 8:30pm. No one called or showed up. It would be different if it wasn't a kid needing research medicine.
