Don't know where else to comment regarding Tractor Supply Corporate's recent decision to back out of DEI due to pressure from the extreme right. My wife and I have been shopping at Tractor Supply and PetSense the last couple years. Will not be returning to either store if your company is going to support right-wing extreme views.

A young woman has responded to my last three attempts to contact them regarding their new supply of newborn chickens. Instead of informing me what breed they are, she simply says she is busy at the register and stops the conversation without saying anything else. So I drove 30 minutes to find out for myself, wasting gas.

Went to tractor supply to get dog food, at register I said to the cashier “hello, how ya doin ma’am ?” The cashier looked up to my friend and said “is she talking to me? “ with an attitude TS cashiers are wild an rude…Considering the amount of money I’m spending in this store for my animal supplies you’d think I could get a little common curtesy! Extremely dissatisfied

Alyssa was wonderful she took the time (even with a long line) to update our info in the computer since we just moved here! She also got us to apply for the credit card with tractor supply! Didn’t get the manager name but he walked us out and talked with us about Laurel! It was a wonderful experience and we will be shopping here from now on!!

We went in for a few things, one being wire. We went to the section and no employees were around. We noticed a ready to use tool that allows you to cut the wire with instructions on how to use it. We cut the 2inches we needed and went to the front. The employee who was checking us out was Jaide. I get not everyone has amazing social skills but we were met with nothing but rude and condescending behavior. In a store where most people know how to do things like that for themselves... leaving a tool that allows you to do it yourself, without a sign that instructs you to ask for help and then giving you condescending and rude behavior is just unacceptable. That isn't how you treat customers, especially when the error and lack of communication is your fault.

I went in for some cattle wormer. Got a bag clearly labeled 41.99. Got to the register and it rang up 74.99. They would not honor the shelf price.

Never have what they say they have. No one can help you. They can only try to get you to apply for the credit card. McDonalds has milkshakes more often than TSC has what they say they do. Not a farm store. Just a retail store with a bunch of teenagers running it. We’re done. We will get everything we need from a different store. Oh the customer service number? They aren’t going to do anything for you.

Always had what I was looking for. They are a farm store.... so thats what im looking for... its not a general store. They carry specialty farm, ranch and agricultural supplies. Great store.
