My boyfriend, our daughter and I moved to Laurel around 2 months ago. To a new town where we knew nobody and nobody knew us. I started looking around for a mechanic to fix the suspension area of my car because it was starting to fail. (From the brakes, rotors, wheel bearing, knuckle, and cv axel oh and more) he let me know when his shop hours were and to bring the car whenever.
On the way to his shop (which is easily accessible from HWY 15) my cv axel broke in the middle of the road. I called him and he had his tow truck man out there within 20ish minutes to pick my car up and bring it to the shop(didn't have to pay at time of towing either!) He let my car sit there for a little over 2 weeks without charging me a penny for storage. He was readily available to answer any and all questions, and man there was plenty of them. He understood and had compassion for the situation that we had going on. The moment I had the money saved to fix the car, the next day he was open, him and his men spent all day working on it. My car was fixed within 6-8 hours. That's pretty quick for all that was wrong with it.
Sounds like a normal good hearted mechanic, right? Well let me tell you how he went above and beyond. The knuckle on my car had a hairline break in it. Almost invisible to the untrained eye. He went to look for a new part and there wasn't one to be found. He called around to junk yards and found almost a brand new one, sent someone to pick it up and put it on within that 6-8 hour window. He also saw that my passenger tire was bald with wires hanging out. Knowing I would have a 14month old in the car, he changed it out. He fixed my battery terminals and even put my bumper back on the car so it didn't keep falling off.
He treated my vehicle as if his own family member was driving it. I honestly couldn't ask for better.
Upon arrival to pick up my car he showed me exactly what came off my car and how badly damaged it was. I didn't have to pay for anything until I picked up the car from the lot. That helped my family out a lot seeing as we just moved up here and didn't have income at the time. He understood that my boyfriend just got a job and worked with us on his pay schedule.
I have found my mechanic while we live in Laurel and I couldn't be happier with my decision.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart and everything I have in me for helping my family during our time of need. Amazing service. Knowledgeable about his line of work. And all around fair pricing
If you don't use Mr. Brady as your mechanic, you're missing out!
Thank you?”
“They were extremely helpful. They came out after they were already closed and went the extra mile to make sure that we were good to go. They were affordable, efficient, and empathetic. Thank you!”
“I come here at least once or twice a week and I've always had such a great experience with this DC. The supervisor and the other guys are always helpful friendly and easy going guys to me. I have no problems here ever. Sometimes it may take a bit longer than usual to unload me but I get unloaded here so much before my appointment times until I can definitely be patient with them and understand when it's a little longer very rarely. Thanks again guys for always doing a great job with me when I come here from Big Dallas Texas.. sho nuff sho nuff.. Keep up the great work!!!!!!”
“We drove into town with bald tires on our RV after unsuccessfully trying to find a place to have new tires installed. Beau at Laurel A-1 Tire Center took care of us right in the parking lot and we were on the road again within the hour! Thank you Laurel
A-1 Tire Center and thank you Beau. We are grateful!”
“Zac and the rest of the staff made a stressful time very calming. They customer service was great and we really felt welcome and that the issue would be handled promptly and with professionalism.”
“I had four trailer tires replaced. It ended up being a three day undertaking because the tires I needed were 300 miles away. I spoke and worked with six people. Each one was professional, friendly, and helpful. Andy, Andrew, and Murphy helped me on the phone and in the front desk area. Isaac and Gage changed the tires. Brett, the manager, was also personally involved. He made it so things were much easier for me.”
“G'day mates! Wew lad here, down in the beautiful state of Mississippi. Now, I'm not just talkin' about crocs and critters today. I've got a ripper of a tale to tell about a legend of a bloke named Paul and his discount glass shop.
When I rocked up to Paul's Discount Glass in me trusty ute, I was greeted by the friendliest bunch of jackaroos and jillaroos you'd ever wanna meet. They were all smiles and keen as mustard to help me out with me busted windshield.
I'll be blowed if I wasn't impressed by their top-notch service. They got straight to work, fit me in like a bloody beauty, and before I knew it, me ute was looking brand new again. And the price! She's an absolute ripper of a deal, mates. Paul's Discount Glass is a fair dinkum legend in the glass game.
Now, I've wrestled me fair share of crocs and faced some of the deadliest creatures on the planet, but nothing gets me goin' like a good bargain. And Paul's Discount Glass delivered, no worries!
So, if you're ever in Laurel, Mississippi and you find yourself in need of some glass work, do yourself a favor and give Paul's Discount Glass a bell. They're a top-notch outfit, and they'll sort you out right proper. No worries, mate!
Cheers, Paul's Discount Glass! You beauty! Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter, approves! Now, back to the bush!”
