Absolutely disgusting!!! The files and all the other documents are filthy and looks like they hadn’t been cleaned in years!!! Spent 80 bucks and couldn’t even get the nail I wanted! I will never be back I absolutely had the worse experience and when they were prepping my nails they drilled my nails to the point I wanted to scream and cry. Also they have a lovely pet roach that crawls on the floor

this is the most terrible and disrespectful place of business in laurel ms..... the service is horrible and the owner is garbage to sit up and let her employees talk to her clients inappropriate i wouldnt advise anyone to do service here... the guy did my nails and they was horrible i asked him to change the polish because it was terrible he got mad started cursing me to leave the business he was so rude!!! please take ur business somewhere else

Horrible service came for a pedicure and the young man did horrible I spoke to manager she had a nasty attitude about service thank God I can dispute with my bank lisa is the worst nasty attitude and all wouldn’t recommend to my dog

They was nice and friendly. I paid just as much for my 7 year old as I paid for mines. I figured my daughter pedicure would have been cheaper since she was a child and they don't have to do as much to their feet as they do to an adult. But overall I loved it, my daughter was happy therefore I we will be going back.

My sweet niece treated me to a pedicure and although this was not the initial place we were to be serviced, this is the one that was available. Can I say, the gentleman that performed my service did me an INJUSTICE!!! What he did, I could have done for myself- he did not bother to locate the remote so that I could enjoy the chair's feature amongst the main thing- a SHODDY pedicure !! Staff was VERY friendly, but it was the service as to why I went as well as why I was HIGHLY disappointed!!!

I had never tried this place out but they always stays so busy so I wanted to try them. Went a few days ago when I got there it didn’t take them long at all to get to me but they also only took about 10-15 min to do a full set which is very fast and I told the lady I wanted them short….. well when she got done I was looking to pay around $25 as I usually do but she told me it was $50 for a full set!!! When I got done my nails was horrible they was way too long and way to thick….. I will never go back to them the actually inside was about the only thing nice about this place. The lady that also done my nails didn’t say one word to me talk about rude!! But I had to trim them down and shape them back up myself when I got home. Was highly disappointed.
