The service was great. I had gotten my nails and a pedicure done. $107.00 was my total. It took out $28.00 for a 3 day hold. No big deal. But they took out a total of $184.00 plus the $107.00!!! I’ve tried calling but all I get is a run around. I want to know why y’all decided to take my money I work hard for? I definitely didn’t leave that much of tip.

My daughter and I came to get our nails done today for a mother daughter day!!! We both wanted a manicure and a pedicure!!!! We arrived at 3:10. We still were not serviced by 4:00. Okay, but here’s the kicker…. Other clients receiving both full sets and pedis were serviced before us. We were seating in the nail/mani chairs. The manager in charge said that the person completing the mani/ nail services on the other people could not complete the services we wanted. My daughter is 7, her services aren’t not very technical!! Okay sir, but we could have got our pedicures done first!! He said I could have asked him why everyone else was being serviced before us!!! Excuse me?!? He then sarcastically said I’m sorry we were busy!! I told him that they were not busy an hour when we walked in to have our services done!!! I will never visit this place again!!! This left a very disgusting taste in my soul!!

I go here every month with my mom for a pedicure. They are always great! Also Johnnie did my dip power nails and he customized my nails to what I wanted. Awesome group of people!Services: Pedicure

I had a terrible experience getting my nails done@Regal Nails inside of Walmart in Laurrl,MS!!!!!!!!!! The lady at area#13 did my nails how she wanted to do them& NOT the way I,the customer,wanted. I asked for acrylic French manicure yet she dipped them& I repeated I wanted the acrylic tips& she said that the way she is doing it is easier. By the time she FINALLY finished my nails were not even,the bulged out on several fingers& the so called French tips were: NOT AT ALL. I didn't even notice how bad they were until after I had left. Oh & I did get my brows waxed. That guy did a great job. And when I went to payout my bill was $80..& I was so disgusted, that was outrageous& I have NEVER paid that much for my nails. When I got home I could see how awful they looked so I called to complain, only there was no resolution made and to to it off the very next day I had splits dead center of my nails on 4 fingers. This place will never be recommended by me,not EVER!!! AND I WANT THE WORLD TO KNOW HOW TERRIBLE this lady was& how the owner didn't even care.Service: Acrylic nails

I'm have been sitting here waiting for over and hour. I have been jumped over several time there is like 3 to 4 workers. And one of them is jumping back and forth between doing feet and someone's nails. Literally back and forth and not washing hands in between. These ladies are very rude. And gossip about you in a different language and laughing. While making eye contact with you. And to top it off there is a lady getting her feet done and she dropped her baby on the lady doing her feet and let the kid wonder around. It's still been over an hour I been waiting. It is now jam packed with customers and still only 4 people working and switching everyone around so badlyServices: Dip powder
