Always helpful, have called with issues on my M-series track regen function, they patiently walked me through the override process. No charge. They have worked repaired my tractor, timely and professionally. They did a great job adding both the third function and the lane shark valve/switch. They have serviced my tractor. I’ve always felt like a valued customer and received professional service. I have used them for years. The staff members are always polite and professional.
McNeil is not a large dealership, but they make up for it with service.

Stopped by this afternoon to get parts for my mower. Four employees behind the counter, one of whom was talking to a customer, all of the others just standing around. After waiting 5-10 minutes and never even greeted, I left. I do try to buy local, but today they convinced me to go to Amazon

IF THERE WAS A 0 REVIEW, THIS IS WHAT I WOULD CHOOSE! Customer service was great buying the tractor, but the service later is terrible. We were quoted one price for an oil change including pickup and delivery and got there to pay only to realize they had charged us $200 more than quoted. Let me add that I went in to pay for this service before they did it and Micah told me no to just wait and I confirmed the price standing in the lobby. Now Micah says it was a miscommunication----no, it was lie. Complete ripoff. Do NOT get your tractor serviced here!
