I drove an hour and a half out the way to get to this Kroger's because it's the only place that has my favorite snack and of course when I get there they don't have it so it's losing one star because honestly I love Kroger's regardless

We've shopped Kroger for years. We've even used pickup several times, but the last two times we've been overcharged. Don't bother buying the weekly specials. If they can't get to you until Wed., the sale prices no longer apply. Also, they substituted a 10 ounce ribeye for 12.99 , in the place of a 16 ounce ribeye for 8.79. ...it doesn't take a smart person to do the math... anyway...11 items that I ordered were unavailable and not substituted. However, my total charged to my card was more than my original amount. My point, don't bother wasting your time. Just shop elsewhere if you need pickup service or plan to pay a lot more. We've tried to shop local....but... oh well... Nuff Said .

Don't use grocery pick up for sale items unless you are picking up before sale goes off. They don't honor sales price if you can't get a pickup slot before the as goes out.
