Worst staff I ever dealt with, horrible attitudes and they don't give you information that's important, wife went to ger prescriptions came home and found 1 missing, they didn't tell her it was denied until she drove 30 miles home and called. I'll stick with walgreens

I used to use this pharmacy for years. Today is my last day. They have constant issues with getting my prescription order from my Dr. They never have my refill ready even when I call ahead, and today it's 8:20 A.M. (they open at 8 A.M.) and NO ONE is here. I will take my business to a locally owned Pharmacy from now on.

I have been a customer for 2 years after being a loyal walgreen customer, the staff at kroger makes you feel like a friend, especially calling you by name and seeming genuinely interested in your health, dont change a thing. Thanks and I look forward to continued great and appreciated service.

1st encounter- I just moved All of my rxs to Kroger pharmacy in Laurel, MS. I called on a Wednesday and asked for the pharmacy to transfer my rxs from CVS. The young white woman said it might be a week before they would be able to get my rxs transferred. She insinuated that she didn't really want to do it. She told me it would be better if the dr. transferred my rxs. What? The rxs are already at a different place. I told her that the dr. would not be calling in my rxs again.I told her that I wanted the Good rx price. My dr. told me that Kroger had the best good rx prices and I looked at all of my rx and yes they have the least expensive medicine. The employee snapped back that they couldn't guarantee those prices. Yes, they have to-Kroger Pharmacy has a contract with Good rx where they are bound by the contract to honor the good rx prices. Plain rude and doesn't seem to like her job working at the pharmacy.2nd encounter-I went to the outside window to pick up a rx. I had never used the window before. An African American woman came to the window and I didn't know you had to push the yellow button to talk. She said I can't hear you you have to push the yellow button. One of the female employees made a smart remark, saying you know you're supposed to read lips. The employee at the window smiled and held back laughing. Rude employees, especially the white ones.3rd encounter-once again, I called the pharmacy to get my last rx transferred from Walmart to KP. It was the same white woman I talked to in the first rude encounter. The moment I said I need a rx transferred she started saying it may be a couple of days before they can get it moved.Tired of the Laurel pharmacy employees being rude to me. My business helps them keep a job. How would they feel if their mother's or any family members were treated that way? At the end of our conversation I said thank you and she just hung up in my face. She does not value her job.Whoever is over the pharmacy needs to have a serious conversation with all of the employees. If they don't change their rude behavior I'm going to contact upper management and file a complaint.

Kroger pharmacy in Laurel Mississippi shorted my prescription by 10 pills. I called as soon as I counted them when I took my first dose when my husband got home and they said there was nothing they could do. It was a 43 dollar prescription after insurance. Kroger just lost all of mine and my family’s business. It’s a shame that after all these years I have to find a new pharmacy. Feeling very disappointed in people right now.

I come to Laurel a good bit and I've come to shop here at Kroger a few times. Each time I come some of the employees are happy and always ask if they can help me find anything I need. I buy more than I should or need but being I'm from out of town, they have some things we don't have in my local supermarket, so I'll get some here. What I found out as I was walking out the door was fresh fruit are free as you walking out the door for children or anyone I guess. Apples or oranges. And through the door is an ice chest with free small bottles of water if you'd like one. I took one and as other elderly ladies were walking out I offered them one as well. That is very nice . I think all grocery stores should offer something like this. It's very nice of them.

Pharmacy tech at window was so rude and ugly when my 78 year old mother was trying to get information on prescription because we have to search for the cheapest price for those prescriptions that her supplement insurance doesn't cover so she can live.

There's a group of black workers (about 3 of them) there that are very rude and whenever you try to use a coupon for the CORRECT item they say you can't use it but when you go through someone else you can use it. There's one, her name is Amy she's light skin she is very rude. And her posse, they refuse to take coupons for the item that's on the actual coupon, it's the right size. They do this all the time and afterwards. When you walk past them, they always staring you down and talking about you basically. There's one she has a tiny, tiny ponytail her hair looks straight. She wears glasses and she's dark skin and short. She tells everything to the Amy one and watches your every move. They all seem like a clique and they watch every move you make and whatever register you go through that IS NOT THEIR REGISTER, they call that register and tell them not to take any of your coupons. We've been going to this Kroger for a year or more, yet they still refuse to take our coupons like they don't get money back from the coupons. Us shopping here gets them paid and they continue to treat us bad. Even the manager saw us talking about the coupons and she didn't say A WORD. I don't see the issue with the coupons and they do this all the time. I don't like those few but otherwise them, the store is nice.
