This was truly a great experience at Cowboy Maloney’s. My sister was giving me a. Stove for Christmas and she tried sending it from a store in Baton Rouge. No luck. They could only send it to her and she would have to send it to me. WHAT! This was a store there that also has a branch here that also has the stove I wanted. So she sent me a check. I tried three stores to ask about the stove and two don’t deliver to this area. One didn’t even answer the phone. So someone suggested I call Cowboy Maloney’s. Said they heard their service department is great if you have trouble. So I called. Gary answered the phone and that was it. No problems. He took the time to check and since the model I wanted was not at his store he called and found it somewhere else. I am now getting the stove I wanted. Thanks to Gary for taking the time and being kind to a customer. Hey they even deliver to me. Thanks to my sweet sister and brother in law also.

I purchased a side by side refrigerator and I’m very satisfied with the service, upon walking not even in the store I was greeted with kind people, inside the store was awesome as well,, and I was looking for a mattress and purchased it also,, I can say you get what you pay for, with that being said I love that mattress. My daughter reminded me of Cowboy Maloney’s and I’m glad she did,,, Thanks Guys!!!

Purchased a replacement refrigerator. Easy to deal with in the store. I chose to have them deliver and they did fantastic. Mine was a tight fit. Guys knew what they were doing and did a great job explaining everything to me.

Had a great experience with Cowboy Maloney's this past week. Wal-mart would not sell me a TV off the shelf so went to Cowboys and they were $50 cheaper.

Ollie was great. He helped me purchase a stackable washer/dryer set and checked with the installer prior to delivery to ensure the units would fit in my apartment. After checking the measurements and looking at pictures he and the installer requested, they realized the units I chose would not fit. I was able to select another washer/dryer set that would fit in my space, prior to my delivery date. Great Customer Service by Ollie & James the installer. Thanks
