Excellent service. Lower ball joint broke on my Nissan Versa. They replaced both lower control arms (with new ball joints) and the trans-axle on the affected side. Got me back on the road in one day. They even referred me for a tow to get the car from my home to their shop and included the tow fee in my repair bill. They made it all easy and "seamless". I highly recommend them.

I had the WORST EXPERIENCE at this establishment today. The workers that do all the work was very helpful and tried very hard to resolve my problem with my tire.....BUT THE HEAD HUNCHO, the manager, was so rude and very disrespectful. He will NEVER get a penny of my money. I dont wish bad on nobody, but best believe his day is coming. Why work with the public if your attitude is trash.

While cheaper than the competition, please be careful when taking European vehicles to this location. They didn’t put the right amount of oil in during my change and also broke something in my oil filter and didn’t let me know I needed a new one, causing my engine light to come on after leaving. European cars take 7 quarts and so I was running on almost a quart and a half short long before it was time to get another oil change. Luckily I am vigilant and got my car looked at before it became a serious issue. If you have a European car, go to the dealership or Take 5.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This was my second visit & unfortunately a repeated experience. I’ll keep it short and sweet. The guys who do the services are very friendly and ready to help you.. However, don’t be surprised when you’re “greeted” by the sulking older lady who acts like helping you is the last thing she would ever want to do.. even though it’s her job. Because of this miserable lady, I would not recommend Burtons to anyone & will not be back.

Has been a while since I was there, 8 months, I don’t do many reviews in businesses, but felt I should say this. Their was a mature woman running the desk who acted like it killed her to help me. Was told certain services are only available certain days, and after it was all done, the woman who had originally helped me spent 15 minutes catching up with another customer away from the desk. A young man came from the service area and helped me once my service was done. You could tell he was disgusted with the woman’s lack of customer service, like he was tired of doing his and her job. They have lost my business forever. Firestone on beacon street is great.

Took my car in to have a tire checked for a possible nail. They removed the tire and it checked out ok. They didn’t charge me for the service even though I offered to pay for their time.

Omg!!! MY first time being served here.... I had the best time they were so friendly, especially to my babies (Sasha & shiloh, the puppies. This will be me & my family go to the company for all oil changes . Also the price was really reasonable than other stations.
