Alas, ye fragrant emporium of Bath and Body Works,
Thy potions and lotions, a myriad of scents that lurk.
In bottles and jars, so pleasing to the eye,
Yet, here I stand, a customer most wry.
Two stars I grant, for effort made in earnest,
But hark! The quality doth not pass the sternest
Of tests. The perfumes, faint and quick to fade,
Like dreams at dawn, or mist in morning glade.
The soaps, though shaped in fanciful design,
Leave skin as parched as grapes left on the vine.
A promise of moisture, so boldly claimed,
Yet, after use, my hands are still inflamed.
The staff, with smiles as bright as polished brass,
Seem not to know their products, alas.
Questions posed, with hope of wisdom's spark,
Are met with naught but guesses in the dark.
So here I write, with heavy heart and hand,
Bath and Body Works, thou art not quite so grand.
Two stars, a meager score, I must impart,
For thou hast failed to fully win my heart.

Every time I come to this store during sales they most of the time have what I need. All the workers have a great attitude and very helpful. I can’t say I get that at all the other Bath and body works I go to. Thank you for great service.

Very large selection of body sprays and washes for men and women. Good quality products. My only complaint is the customer service strategy. There are employees walking all about the store to assist customers, however, instead of being helpful they tend to hover way too much and don't allow the shopper to browse undisturbed.

I got the Into the Night fragrance for Mother's Day! I got the lotion, body spray, and shower gel...now I need the room spray..lol
