Excellent selection!! I purchased a vehicle and later had some problems with it. Not only did Auto world give me an extended warranty when I made the down payment, they also stepped up and helped me get my vehicle repaired!! Could not ask for better people or service!! They were in no way obligated to do this!! Thank you!!

I purchased a 2013 Ford Escape in September 2022. Three days after I purchased the vehicle I went to put gas in it (filled up) and then the car would not start. I had to pump the accelerator to get it to start and it's done it every fill up since then. Secondly I drove to Jackson, MS twice and both times (only on a longer than an hour drive the A/C would stop blowing out of the dashboard vents period. So not blowing cold! Third, both of my CV joints are going out.So I contacted the car lot and they fixed the problem with the car not starting after you put the gas in ($234) Billy the owner told me it cost. Which for that I'm grateful but on the other hand the other two problems. They told me to contact the warranty company (mind you that I had to pay extra for an extended warranty) so I called Pro Guard and the CV joints are NOT covered! The day when I bought the vehicle I was told that it covered the drive train. When in all reality is really don't cover the WHOLE drive train. Because the car lot only provides you with the information that your purchasing an extended warranty. They don't tell you that the warranty that your paying them for it tier P1 (which does not cover the whole drive train as was told). I had an estimate done to find out what the CV joints (parts & labor at my mechanic shop) $661. So I call Billy back and he basically tells me that the cost is on me, he's not willing to pay for the repair, not even when I mentioned paying for half. Then he proceeds to tell me it only makes the noise when your turning very sharp, you can drive a car around like that forever!!My Husband was soon going to be getting a truck (not from there) Take your business elsewhere~!!!!!

I highly do not recommend this lotThey were nothing but rude and refused to answer any questions I had on their vehiclesUpon finally getting them to answer questions.We spoke about test driving a vehicle in their lotThey refused to let me test drive their vehicle unless I paid for the vehicle in full first. Which also they didn’t have any information on the vehicle on their site eitherSo I didn’t know anything about this vehicle yet they tried to get me to pay in fullSo right there makes me assume that the vehicle I was viewing had issuesBut that was before I went up there so I gave them benefit of doubt and looked at the vehicle in personWhen I got there….They were trying to play a fast one and having me be stuck with a “lemon”Without a test drive!!!I will no longer return to this lot ever.

Poor/horrible customer service told him we was test driving it and it said ok then he went back inside and said we need any question come in and ask we took it too gas station right down road too just check the motor and oil make sure everything was fine and he called us and told us we needed too come back and was was gone too long when we was only gone for 15 mins but we came back and he said that we didn’t say was we was gonna do about test driving it and told us we should have look at everything make sure it was good before we left and had attitude no longer will be coming back too this place it’s horrible!!
