I shop Walmart all the time all over Mississippi. And I have sent money all over the world via Western Union. Today around 1550, I attempted to send cash via Western Union. LaBrintha was the cashier for customer service. She was on her cellphone for at least 3 minutes while I waited for her to greet me as I stood at the customer service counter. After I explained that I needed to send money via Western Union, she remained on her cellphone. She typed in a few things, then told me I could only send money via Walmart to Walmart. I asked did Western Union give a reason. She stated it gave no reason. I took my business elsewhere and got the money sent. I had no problem getting the money sent at another business.

Customer service associate was very rude as well as her lead. I had to get a coach involved to get help but was also informed by Angela the front end coach that they do not follow walmarts return policy that every store has their own rules. That's not how it works. I hope walmart actually sees this and corrects the problem. Policy's are in place for a reason

Lady at the front door yelled at me for attempting to get a cart from the wrong side of the entry way lol but the pharmacy staff was incredible! Fast service and very helpful.
