Long time customer the customer service is lacking to the point where due to there lack of training the employees are not knowledgeable in their ability to satisfy their customers needs.

Due to the in-store surveillance footage proving that a customer was treated (poorly/disrespectfully) by the store’s manager will result with termination once the investigation period is completed that involves laundering the customer’s money.
