Nearly impossible to get your phone fixed. My location does not repair phones, and the website is down and tells me to go to the store to repair my phone. So, instead of going 2 mins down the road, I now apparently have to drive over an hour to another location.

Sometimes they are busy, but once it is your turn, they, espically Julie, make you feel like you are their number one customer.
