I bought a new bedroom suit and received it right on time, not a long wait at all. They have furniture in stock and deliver and set up. I love my new furniture Matt and his wife so helpful.

Friendly and helpful. Darienne stayed late on a Friday and helped us get some basics for our new house. She even helped me load two recliners in my SUV. I went back the next day and helped Matt load a love seat, so he could deliver it to us. We'll be back. Thanks again y'all!
Since moving here permanently in June, we chose Crosby's Furniture to get the things we wanted for our home. Great quality, friendly sales and service, just good folks to know & work with.

We chose Crosby’s furniture because it was a family owned store and their website was very helpful in browsing to see what was available through their store. We have bought several pieces of furniture from their Kiln store and love Matt and Darienne who run that store. They are always helpful, kind and patient as we have tried to decide what pieces of furniture suit us best. They have quality furniture and are very good about keeping us informed on availability and delivery. Mr. Crosby and Matt deliver the furniture personally and are always on time and very knowledgeable about their product. I stopped in with my dad while I was visiting to find him a recliner. The service was amazing. I called over the phone to purchase the recliner a few weeks later and the process was easy. The recliner arrived promptly. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing experience from the moment I walked in the door, the browsing time, and delivery. Darienne was so knowledgeable about all the details I had no idea about. Delivery and set up was on time and quick. I look forward to purchasing more from Crosby Furniture in the future.
