My wife and I have been H&R block customers, at Keesler AFB for many years. Up until a couple of years ago, the service has been good! (NOT GREAT), but good. Last year, we had our appointment bumped to a different time. We understand things happen, and we went ahead with it. This year, we had a date/time booked, and confirmed. We moved our schedules around, and were happy. Well, history sure repeats itself with this place, as 2 hours later, our appointment time was moved, then, the next day, the date was pushed back a week. I tried calling them, but they never answered their phone. If this is the way they treat steady, repeat customers, then we are never going back to H&R block. I contacted another tax preparer, and immediately got an appointment for the date/time that works for us. The actions by H&R block is extremely unprofessional, and we are never going to use them ever again!
