The customer service was excellent. The clerk was very helpful and friendly. There was no line. My transaction took about two minutes. The store was very clean and I organized.

Bent my package and shoved it in the mail box and wrap a band around the mailbox to keep it in and now my package is ruined because you were to lazy to get out of the car and put it on the porch

This post office used to be good but no longer! I have complained multiple times but it falls on deaf ears! Had a package to be delivered but had the gate to my driveway closed on Saturday. Left no notice in my mailbox where I could have gone and picked the package up and on Monday no package (the gates were open) along with no mail or notice...same old thing!

The man who answered the phone was very rude, Ive called in twice and asked him a question in a calm way, not being demanding or anything and I got back a short and snarky response. Not even a thought of trying to help me with my problem.

I’ve had the same issue of my mail not being delivered. I went Two whole weeks with no mail at all, my bills did not come in, my credit card statements, not even good old junk mail. But my neighbors have received my mail just fine. They have been dropping my mail off to me after it continues to be put in their boxes. And do not bother going down there and trying to sort any issue out. They just tell you to have patience and it will sort itself out. Their a joke!

My package was said to be delivered today. It was still at the post office and I was not allowed to pick it up because it was not sorted yet. The man said they had 1000s of packages that came in today. I've had more than one issue in the past with trying to pick a pakage that was at the actual Post Office location. It is a shame that their truck drivers have much better service after being outside in the weather driving around all day then their coworkers at the station. Who wouldn't tell me no I couldn't have my package just give reasons why of how hard ot would be.
