“This is far the best experience I've had in a Old Navy, there was a young lady who help me patiently she went step by step in helping me order online. She was putting out stock I'm sorry I didn't get her name BUT when I got to the register Cedric demonstrate PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO, THE BEST, hands down to both of these employees for knowing how to treat people, I've never got that type of service at Dogwood. This was 11/21/23 around noon!!!”

She emails me pictures when new items come in and is willing to hold them until I make it there. All staff in the store are amazing and helpful, but she truly raises the bar! The free stickers and grab bags are always nice too! These guys are crushing it- give them a raise!”
