Over the last several years it has gone through many changes, but now that Keith has been managing the store it has become my favorite place to check for home decor items. “I really hope this reach the right hands. I’m a regular customer at simply 10. I’ve been in the store 3x’s this week including today. Every day I went the worker “they call I think Bre” I’m not sure of her real name but I look for her each time I walked through the door. Most of the time when she’s not at work, I don’t find everything I need because she has an eye for fashion. I’m leaving behind this review because as I conversated with her today, I said “you been here every day this week” she responded “yes my boss on vacation and a manager quit the week before she left” I responded and asked her “was there someone I can speak with on her behalf.” She responded “what you mean” and she proceed to assist another customer who needed help but interrupted our conversation. I told her I will be back later. Once I got in my car I decided to open google and see could I leave a review just for her. Every day I saw her she was joyful and helpful with every customer she came in contact with including myself. The greeting she gives you when walking into the store makes you want to shop on top of their playlist. I really pray this review reach the right person because my girl need a raise. Sincerely A HAPPY CUSTOMER !!!!”
“This is far the best experience I've had in a Old Navy, there was a young lady who help me patiently she went step by step in helping me order online. She was putting out stock I'm sorry I didn't get her name BUT when I got to the register Cedric demonstrate PERFECT CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO, THE BEST, hands down to both of these employees for knowing how to treat people, I've never got that type of service at Dogwood. This was 11/21/23 around noon!!!”
“I have teenage daughters and I was looking for modest dresses for Sundays and they have very nice apparel for them. The prices are reasonable and the clothes are age appropriate. I was even able to find me a few things. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Relaxed environment will definitely be back.”

“Absolutely magical. I spent 2.5 hours of me time doing the best girl math to be able to take home a ton of treasures. Organized. Clean. Stocked. The employees were pleasant and so were my fellow treasure hunters. I even was asked to chime in with my opinion from fellow shoppers. 100/10. Def recommend.”

“Great store! Once I realized they sell the same things as Forever21, Rue21, & other retail stores, I started coming here. The staff are friendly, always willing to help out with assessing outfits. Only issue is the other customers. Don’t let the rude customers make you think this place is bad. Honestly, this particular Rainbow is a LOT more organized than most retail stores.”

“Ms. Angie is awesome. I was in the store for some time looking at cologne and with about 5 to 6 employees on the sales floor no one came to assist. Ms. Angie came from the back of house and she was the first person to greet me. She was very polite and very helpful with my purchase. I am solely giving my rating based on Ms. Angie. “We had a death in the family and I needed some clothes to wear. (I wear casual clothes to work) and Lisette was the sales lady who helped me. She was terrific. I highly recommend her if you need a truthful opinion while you try on clothes. They had lots of pretty things.”
