“I’ve been to Syscos all over the country and this one is by far the best run location I’ve been to. Park on the side of Milwaukee rd and take your bills to the guard shack to check in. You can get there as early as you want and park on the road. They will call you once they have a door. Back in disconnect and they will come to your truck to get your paperwork. Once done you get a text with your lumper fee and once you pay that they bring your bills to your truck. Checked in the day before an 8am appointment in the dock by 8:45 out the facility by 11:15.”
“Great gas prices. Easy in, easy out. Great setup with the way everyone has to go in one way come out the same way, thoughtful design. I'm pretty sure you have to be a Costco member to use the pumps.”

I was able to pick them up in a timely manner. I would have joined for the catering service alone although I am further away from the location. My only complaint would be they only accept Visa.”

“My 25 year old A/C stopped cooling Sunday morning. The problem was control board in furnace. I called Monday morning and verified they had it and picked it up. While installing part, another parts house called and quoted part at $120 higher. Thanks for great customer service.”

“I have been calling around all morning trying to find a tire for one of our vehicles. I had to call this Sam's Club a couple of times before I could get anyone to answer the phone, I'm sure due to it being Black Friday. After speaking to a young lady on the phone about the tire I needed I hung up the phone while speaking to my husband. A second later my phone rang. It will Millie calling me back because she thought I was speaking to her and our conversation got disconnected. I truly appreciated that level of service. No its not mounting my tires or anything, but it showed initiative, quality in her work, and excellent service. Thank you young lady. Keep up the good work!”
