“I’ve been to Syscos all over the country and this one is by far the best run location I’ve been to. Park on the side of Milwaukee rd and take your bills to the guard shack to check in. You can get there as early as you want and park on the road. They will call you once they have a door. Back in disconnect and they will come to your truck to get your paperwork. Once done you get a text with your lumper fee and once you pay that they bring your bills to your truck. Checked in the day before an 8am appointment in the dock by 8:45 out the facility by 11:15.”
“What a gorgeous area & conveniently located off the highway during a long road trip. Loved our Costco gas experience, not just because of the gas price and atmosphere with gorgeous trees behind it, but because of the kind and attentive attendant named Maya. She was present and visible for anyone who had any issues, and when I asked her if she had any suggestions for a nearby hotel, she went above and beyond to tell me about the area. We were so exhausted and it was so nice to have someone who was like a personal tour guide to give us a quick orientation of places to eat and stay etc. Thank you so much Maya. You make this Costco look good!! : )”

“The store is very well organized and the associates are friendly. Also, they will open extra checkout counters if the lines start getting too long.
04/2024: It's still my favorite Sam's Club. The pharmacy staff deserves special recognition as they are very friendly and competent.”
“We recently joined the Costco membership. I used their catering services which only only be signed up for in-store. I received so many compliments on the croissant sandwich platters! I was able to pick them up in a timely manner. I would have joined for the catering service alone although I am further away from the location. My only complaint would be they only accept Visa.”
“The staff here are nice and explained things to me in detail. It was a simple battery change that didn't take long, but at the same time, I wish there was somewhere to sit down. If there was a simple seating area, this location would be immaculate.”
