Amazingly bad experience, not the first time in this branch and the downtown branch. I was there on time for an appointment and started to opens business account. She assumed I’m missing documents while everything was already in their system from a previous account. When she realized she was wrong she said we gonna have to reschedule you for another appointment. Wasted all day and the attitude is like whatever we don’t need you or even care. My next appointment is today with CHASE bank and will also switch up all my accounts to Chase

Worse branch. A day ago, they contacted to say the banker is unavailable and that the appointment needed to be rescheduled, even though it was set two weeks previously. I waited for this for two weeks, and I need to wait three more weeks for next appointment (saturday). Nop. I'm moving to different bank now.

Very poor customer service. Very inept at answering questions when I visit in person. Will not answer the phone when calling. When you call the 1-800 number, they can transfer me to the branch and then I get very poor customer service from whoever answers. I would not recommend doing business with Wells Fargo.

I despise this bank so much. The only reason I come to this bank every Saturday it’s because it’s the only one open, but if I had to choose where to go the Lakeland for me is so much better and everything is so much faster. It’s super close to my house. This one in Jackson they can’t even give you change to be able to pay your employees it’s just awful.

do not come to this wells fargo !!! matter of fact dont waste your time making an account with them at all !!! i went into this location around 2:30 in the afternoon on tuesday, november 2, 2022 and they had about 4 people sitting and waiting to be assisted when i got there . they had only one teller, and one or two personal bankers at the time . i walked up to the male teller, who had glasses, and told him i would like to close my account and he immediately said i needed to go online to do so . i told him i couldn't because i changed my phone number and it locked me out of my mobile banking . he told me to have a seat so i did . a personal banker walks out, she was in a red dress, and starts asking people what they need help with and the woman sitting next to me stands up to speak to the teller behind the counter . the personal banker asks what the woman needs and she says she wants to open a bank account . it was unclear what the personal banker said back but it to argue what the woman wanted to do and when the woman asks "so i can't open an account with y'all?" nicely, the personal banker rolls her eyes and walks away from her mid conversation as if she was irritated with the woman, which i found to be very rude and unprofessional . the personal banker then comes up to me and asks what i need help with and i tell her exactly what i told the teller and she tells me the same thing he did . i give her me reasons to why i can't do it online and she rudely tells me that i'll just have to go to another location because she's too busy for my situation and moves on to the next few people sitting down . as i'm walking out they follow me, so i assume she tells them the same, to go to another location . i work for a bank myself, so i know how busy days can get, but the attitude these bankers had towards their customers was outrageously unprofessional . wells fargo already has a bad rep with their clients accounts being scammed or used for fraud by their own company and employees by making accounts without the knowledge of the customer and taking money out without the consent of the client . i would stay as far away from this bank as humanly possible because not only are you being treated poorly but they'll steal your money too . you're better off and safer putting your money at a different more secure bank with better and nicer people !!!

Visiting this location for years. Always friendly and helpful. The tellers work as quickly as possible in high volume and the managers are awesome and helpful.

I came to deposit my money which was 100% counted and verified before going to the bank , the teller took it back counted it away from my eyes and comeback with 100 dollars bill missing . I asked the lady her name is shamalita whish is a personal Banker to check the camera at that point she outraged، refused , and gave me my money back with disrecpect and asked me to leave and to go to a different bank , she said we will not serve you. I told her I am a senior customer and I came to you because I needed an assistant but she didn't care . I don't recommend you to go with this bank at all or deal with her.

I entered the bank for service and stood in line for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, I just asked a teller from where I was standing if I was in the correct line to talk to someone about a mortgage. I was told to have a seat and someone would come to talk with me. After sitting there another 30 minutes, and not being informed as to how long I might have to wait for someone, I left the branch.I went to the Lakeland Drive, MS branch and was waited on promptly and very courteously by Personal Banker, Lisa Gaspard. She was a “God send.” Ms. Gaspard made me feel like a valued customer. The Ridgewood Bank made me feel like a “nobody.”The personnel at the Ridgewood Road Bank, MS should begin courses in “customer service.”

There is no Chase in Mississippi or a B.O.A so Wells Fargo was the only choice I just don’t like Wells Fargo withdrawal limit of only $300 even though I have a account with them
