Please be very careful with this place because they are giving bad diagnoses and charging for things that your car does not need. I have been a mechanic for over 25 years and I believed that this place did not give misleading diagnoses so that people would pay more. Always look at the estimates and do not allow them to send you the price before knowing what the problems are with your cars.

Amazing! Absolutely amazing! Hands down, the easiest vehicle transaction I’ve ever experienced! The way they do things here is beyond exceptional! We worked with Micah. He was awesome! Professional, personable, respectful and knowledgeable! He was not pushy, made everything easy, and took the time to explain everything to us before our purchase. 10 out of 10 would recommend anyone looking to buy a Ford to go to this Mac Haik Ford in Jackson! DO NOT use Mac Haik for service. Their fees are astronomically inflated. Had a misfire on one plug. The replaced one plug and ignition coil to the tune of $800.
Later, I ordered and replaced the remaining 5 for a fraction of the cost.
I will not return.

As a first time customer I am highly satisfied! I went online to find the vehicle that I wanted, submitted my credential online only to get a call shortly afterwards. My sales guy Dewayne was super helpful and made the transaction smooth and quick. I was in and out in less than an hours. When I do decided to make another purchase I will let Mac Haik Ford Jackson be my first choice!

DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!
They failed to tighten the lug nuts and they came off truck a few days after picking it up.

Recently took my truck in for service. The extended warranty company that I thought had a good reputation (no, not purchased through Ford) was difficult to work with but my service advisor at Ford was awesome! Candace spent a lot of time getting them to approve the repairs. I am 100% satisfied with the service department.

I didn’t buy from this dealership because of my friendship with someone at another dealer, but get service here as it’s close to home. I have always been pleased/impressed with this service department. Great value (I believe) for work done and always completed in a timely fashion. Nothing but great things to say about the five years that I’ve dealt with them.
