I gave zero stars for service, food and atmosphere. If there's a short black lady with glasses on don't bother to get any meat cut. She will pretend she can't hear or understand you. No exaggerating it took 15 minutes for her to cut 2 pounds of meat. Performance, efficiency and customer service are not important cornerstones if business in Jackson, one of the leading causes of deadline. I would for the entire store except the 3 to 4 ladies that work in a broken down money center whose money order machine has been broken since May. I would keep half of the pharmacy staff because they will yell out what medications you're receiving, which is illegal and dangerous. Fire them and start over with people who are there for service and not to waste time in the click for a check.

This store's security sits in the parking lot (on the phone) while criminals break into patrons vehicles. My vehicle was burglarized @ 2pm on clear sunny day. I almost wonder if they are in on the crime @ this location. Management will be clear with you, that is NOT their problem. So while you're in the store, might want to buy whatever you left in your vehicle, it's likely gone..

Walmart ruined Thanksgiving!!!! I placed an order through the pick up service. Waited until after the required pick up time and drove an hour to pick up my order. Spoke with four Walmart associates. No one could find the order. Instructed me to drive back and forth from one end of the store to the other twice. Waited nearly 40 minutes and was told by the Pick Up Manager that I "cancelled my own order" I said I did not. My reply, why would I pay and then cancel my own order and drive all they way out here to pick it up? The pick up manager proceeds to go back and forth with me basically blaming me. I asked for a store manager but the on-site manager said the Store Manager went home? I asked for the store manager's name, but the in store manager told me to look for his name on the wall by either of the store entrances??? After driving 2 hours in traffic I paid for an item I did not receive. Thanksgiving Eve w no way to fry my turkey. And, to add insult to injury, walmart.com places a hold on your account for 24-48 hours for my funds to be returned to my account. Thanksgiving will be over by them. Walmart should not accept orders and/or payments online for merchandise that has likely been sold. An update to your inventory control protocols would be appropriate and a revision to customer service practices would be appreciated.

I came to this Walmart off of Hwy 18 twice to the money center and they were closing earlier than it stated on their website... Once it was doing the weekday and on the website it stated it close at 8... I made it there at 6:56. It was a police at the entrance of the Money Center that said they were close. I asked if they close at 8. He said I don't know they told me they were closing.. Another time on a Saturday I was stopped and told they closed at 5... Why the website for this particular store states that the Money Center is open from one time to another when it is not... It makes it unconventional for me..

I went to Walmart looking for an item that said In Stock online. I drove over 30 minutes to get there and to find the store completely disorganize. Things were all over and random. Baskets with random things everywhere. Mind you, I get if it were the beginning or end of the day and they hadn't straightened things up. It was noon. I absolutely hate clutter and not being able to find things that are supposed to be in a specific section/place. Do not go here.

Understaffed. Had to wait fifteen minutes to checkout. Poor management. The staff was nice enough, but three registered closed while the lines backed up. This is a labor problem.

I went to this Walmart to return a Red Box rental and decided to pick up a few snacks. WRONG!! I was able to locate what I desired pretty easily and proceeded to the check out area. OMG There were about 6 registers open with at least 5 people in each line. I had 2 bags of chips and a frozen dinner. The express check out lines were even longer and there is no "self checkout " in this store. There were a plethora of employees just walking around doing nothing looking unconcerned. I approached three of them to ask for more cashiers and was pointed towards "Cynthia " the "manager". I attempted to tell her how frustrating it was to have what appears to be at least 50 cash registers and no one running them. This woman looked me dead in the eye and said, "Honey I don't make the schedule". I just left. It wasn't the first time I've had a bad experience here, but it'll be the last. Make the drive to Clinton Walmart if you want some semblance of customer service!

The workers in the Deli Department are unprofessional and lazy. I called trying to order two platters and they were talking to me as if I was a friend having a casual conversation with them. When I told them what time I wanted to pick up my order, they told me, " Naw, that's not gon work because I don't feel like doing it right now." Mind you, I was ordering well over 24 hours in advance. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place! Trying to shop at this particular Walmart is hard as well. Two lanes are the MAX number of lanes open causing extremely long lines and wait times. I only had one item and it took me 30 minutes to pay for it. Cashiers walk around as if they have nothing to do! They need to do better!
