The Pharmacy is TRASH at this location. They have no idea what they are doing. They have you waiting for weeks for your medication because they don’t know how to bill it right. Then when they are asked to call and get the correct info to bill it correctly they give you the run around. I called another pharmacy up the road and they were able to bill it while I was on the phone. Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy. They are incompetent here. The one time I had good service was when they had another pharmacist fill in for the normal one.

Just picked up prescription at this Walgreens and it is the best store I have been in so far. I was so impressed with the staff and cleanness of the store. The pharmacy staff was extremely friendly.

The pharmacy techs are useless at this location. They lie about some medications that were supposed to been ordered three weeks ago for a loved one. So today , when the person looking forward to getting her medicine was given the run around by a pharmacy tech who literally just waited her time. At first she said 15 mins, then 30 plus minutes and here’s the kicker, the medicine was NEVER ordered!! So is this how pharmacy techs treats their customers?! I hope Coporate will see this is how the pharmacy techs on Countyline Road treats their elderly customers.

I went to Walgreens on County Line around 1:30 PM and they had no shopping carts in the store or outside. The store clerks could not find any. At that time a couple of customers were in the store. I am a senior and that really upset me that I had to go to another store to shop because of that. Took my business to CVS.

After several years it’s obvious to me that Walgreens simply does not care about its customers. This location doesn’t answer the phones, they don’t smile, they don’t care and today I held for 24 minutes and 53 seconds to speak to a pharmacist. I told the pharmacist how long I held and her response was, OK. How about some customer service that includes an apology? Or is this just what I suspect is the way you handle things. I’ll definitely be taking my business to Kroger‘s or CVS or anywhere besides Walgreens. Truly so sad that anyone uses Walgreens!

This pharmacist told my wife that it was against the law for her to stay in the store and wait on her meds.then told her it would be 2 1/2 hours before it was ready.this lunitic should not be dealing with the public at all.she should be a greeter at walmart or a clerk at the dollar store.very rude person that should not be dealing with the public.

I spoke with the MANAGER of the store and this experience was just as disappointing, if not worse, as the first because she is supposed to be the EXAMPLE. I had to speak with the store manager on today to get the issue resolved. I spoke with Tanesha(not sure how to spell it) store manager, at approximately 10:50am. When Tanesha came out she did NOT greet me, I had to speak to her first. Tanesha's entire vibe was hostile and this was our very first encounter. I explained to Tanesha the reason why I was there and never once did she apologize for my experience, never once did she extend her empathy for my troubles or anything. Tanesha was ready for confrontation, just as her shift lead was the previous encounter. All I wanted was my refund, as I did my previous time. After I finished explaining everything to Tanesha and I showed her my electronic receipt, Tanesha just walked off for a whole FOUR MINUTES and never said a word as to where she was going. She walked back up front and proceeded to give me my refund. Tanesha asked me to put in my rewards number, scan my electronic receipt and asked for my address; gave me my refund and that was it. Tanesha did not say have a nice day, thank you for coming, or anything else a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER of a national store would say to a customer after a traumatic experience. Tanesha had her employees at the front like she was about to curse me out and throw me out of the store. Tanesha was ready for a battle with the wrong person. Her shift lead initiated, instigated, fueled, and ended an entire UNNECESSARY argument about a refund and Tanesha was upset and hostile with ME. I am confused at this entire situation. I feel BULLIED and I am unsure if I am in any eminent danger dealing with such individuals. All because I ask for a refund of my own money. I received an email stating that Tanesha would speak with me about the incident with Leslie and she did not mention the incident. This store needs NEW management and these TWO BULLIES should NOT work for Walgreens. I do not feel safe with people like that working in an environment where myself and my children have to go. I NEED HELP FROM SOMEONE OTHER THAN LOCAL MANAGEMENT.
