Giving 3 stars because when they are open the service is pretty good. Especially during the day. Only major flaw is that you roll the dice coming after 9pm. They close randomly and just lock the doors and leave. No sign or anything.

Since 0 stars is not an option- they get 1 star by default that is not deserving. Pharmacy staff is rude and lazy and always behind. Store is filthy from the outside entrance with homeless vomit and urine to the black stained floors inside. Save your time, health, and sanity….stay away.

Honestly, the pharmacy portion at this location should be shut down. They are incompetent every single time. Not worth the time or headache.

Places a pickup order here and somehow this order gotten tampered and placed to an entirely different location. I am really upset witb management The response was not helpful by amy means. Acted like isis not exist or my order

The pharmacy took my mother’s prescription knowing they might not be able to fill it because the pharmacist was not there and when I came back at the time they said it would be ready, the pharmacy had closed. They would not give me back my prescription and I am still waiting for them to open. This medicine was pain medicine prescribed by the ER. I believe they knew this was a possibility and they didn’t inform me! Terrible customer service!!!!

Prescription shows ready to pick up. When I show up the Pharmacy is closed. I talk to the staff in the store. It says the pharmacist is out and they don’t know if or when the pharmacy will open again today. No heads up from the pharmacy. Consistently disappointed by Walgreens pharmacy.

New pharmacy/pharmacist manager is rude and unhelpful. When I complained that one of the pharmacists refused to order medicine needed to fill my Rx (bc medicine wasn't in stock) she said it's her prerogative. Yes people it's the pharmacist's prerogative to just refuse to order medicine you need. Please don't get an attitude with me and excuse me if I'm a little heated when 2 pharmacy staff (including 1 pharmacist) have told me my RX will be ready today (and I had to drive there bc they never answer their phone) and now you are refusing to fill it. TERRIBLE PHARMACY MANAGER AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. Listened to a tech YELL at an elderly man who was trying to get his insulin filled. Someone being rude/short with elderly people makes my blood boil. Shame on you.These people have a long way to go before they even approach professional and appropriate behavior for a pharmacy.

Drove there at 11:00 PM because website says open 24 hours. Big lights on the building say “24” hours. Doors didn’t open. Security guard behind said doors mouthed “closed.” Don’t claim 24 hours, especially if you don’t even stay open until midnight.

This place is hell on earth if you're trying to get a prescription. You get the same one filled monthly for a year, and they find new ways to screw up each time.I switched pharmacies finally because i got enough (after 2 years of tolerating their incompetence), and even that new pharmacy could not reach them FOR 2 DAYS.They will also make you stand in line to hand them a paper prescription; at least CVS has a separate line for that.They are always one person down or somebody has quit; they don't know it's the year 2022 over there.Also, HOW is it that their system goes down so much and they don't have any redundancy?Good luck if you chose this place, the experience there is likely to make your symptoms worse.
