I do not recommend using this pharmacy. They’re beyond slow. I dropped a prescription off at 9am. Waited all day because the line is always wrapped around the store. I was in the drive thru since 5:55. When I got the the window there was a sign that read “intercom is broken, come inside”. I went inside to see an associate rushing off with the drawers and me along with other customers being told they’re closed. I feel if we’ve been in line since before closing, we should have been served. I’m paying cash for 8 prescriptions my mom needs. She just had brain surgery. The lack of time management and customer service is beyond poor!!

Please don’t go to this pharmacy for meds that you NEED on a timely manner. They call you saying it’s been filled when it’s really not. The customer service is also HORRIBLE

I am a home health caregiver, I have instructed all of my clients not to use this Walgreen's for my pick ups, because one of my clients went there, left his insurance card, after me helping him pull his card up online, over the phone, he goes back to the counter. The tech tells him they are out. So after some calls I called back to see when they would have it in, I'm put on hold and the tech comes back to the phone and say I found some you wanna come back up here and get it. No ma'am, you gone buy some gas for me to come back up there, she didn't even attempt an apology, just straight to alright ma'am have a nice day and hangs up. Truly rude and bad customer service.

Takes 4 hours to get a prescription fill. Then they tell you it's ready and get there they say it needs to be processed. A waste of time.

Calling my prescription at 11:00 today I would told it would be ready in a couple hours My husband went to pick it up at 4:30 he was told that it wouldn't be ready today maybe later tonight or tomorrow because they're updating their system but they didn't bother to tell anybody about it I think that's really s***** of them they need to get a grip on what they're doing people don't like to be change it's made and not being told the truth

Worst pharmacy to ever go to my mom called to get her medicine yesterday they told her to pick it up after 3:00 p.m and we went to pick it up at 5:00p.m still wasn’t ready they told us to come back tomorrow we spoke with a pharmacy technicians explaining the situation she was so rude and unprofessional about the situation. This is very unacceptable.

Walgreens is full of s..t tell you one price on the phone and when you get there and wait line an hour it's another price you open the bag and done gave you 6 months worth of s..t I don't need this much s..t at once a..-holes

Located in a bad area. Pharmacy service can be very slow. Don't know if that can actually be helped or if they're just very busy. But you will wait a while. Just be aware.

Update....this Walgreens has really hit rock bottom...I have broke a world record...I sat in the drive thru line for 1 hour and 30 minutes...can somebody please tell what going here.
