They're very slow and not nice nor kind at all! If it wasn't for us ,they wouldn't have a job! It doesn't cost a penny to speak or be nice to someone, especially the customers!

While standing in line the technician said someone will be with you shortly. Fine, then she started putting up the prescriptions that were already just sitting in the basket. Walking back and forth from the drive thru windows to the pharmacist.The pharmacist is just standing there letting the phone ring and not acknowledging anyone or trying to help. I use to work retail pharmacy and my pharmacist would atleast ask if everything was okay.SMH 20 minutes with just myself in line waiting to be served.

This has always been my pharmacy but now they are getting out of hand. I’ve missed an entire month of my medicine because they would tell me come back in an hour to get my prescription but it wasn’t ready so i come back the next day it still isn’t ready or the next day after that. So that month goes by i decide to refill over the phone and i find out that they don’t have the medicine in stock. Why not just tell me they don’t have it instead of giving me the run around and make me miss a whole month of medicine? i hate it here and glad i transferred to another walgreens.

I stopped coming to Walgreen workman's comp pharmacy card said go to Walgreens the young lady put in for me to get name brand I never told her that and said I owe 350.00 it didn't pay for I call workman comp she said I asked for name brand she lied I didn't know what the Dr called in I was just there to pick it up they supposed to have open at 8:00 it was 8:07 she came to the window and told the people in front of me to wait a little bit so she can open what ok getting to work late never again I will not be coming back bye for good Walgreens

There is a lack of people getting the Covid vaccine. After careful thought I decided to go, scheduled an appointment and waited 40 mins in line to be told they were out. All of my information was entered and call could hv prevented all of that. Besides that they were just pain rude

My doctor called in a prescription 2 days ago they filling everything but that the wait time bad hours for a prescription I’m changing pharmacy ASAP

You have to wait over an hour on a prescription your doctor call in yesterday then to top it off you receive an email saying it’s ready for pick very poor customer service
