Volkswagen of Jackson was an underwhelming experience for me. Despite my 20 years in the dealership business and a solid understanding of how things work, I practically had to beg to spend money with their service department, only to be turned down. The lack of responsiveness left me feeling unwelcome, which is surprising given my background in the industry. While I will continue doing business with them, I feel there is significant room for improvement to create a more inviting and customer-focused experience. I hope they can address this in the future.

Can never get in contact with the Volkswagen service desk to even schedule an appointment. And if you leave a voicemail they don’t call back. Then when you arrive within the day and time your busy schedule allow they make you schedule an appointment. I’m sorry my car doesn’t know I have an appointment scheduled when it’s time for an oil change. They treat customers as if we don’t have a life and job too.

I was driving back from Tuscaloosa to Dallas. My tire sensor warning went off, but it did not pinpoint a problem area/tire. I was too worried to keep driving it, so Cody was willing to stay at work after their usual hours to take a look. I drove back to Jackson, about 25 miles back the way I came. Cody waited for us to get there. He checked the tires, drove for a bit, and reset the calibration for me. His inspection set my mind at ease. We made it to Dallas without a problem. We really appreciate his willingness to take my concerns seriously. It was clear that he wanted to make sure our travels would be safe!! Great job, Volkswagen Jackson.

I wouldnt deal with this dealership for service if i was stuck on the side of the road and they were the only service center around. Their mechanics are unprofessional and uneducated. Their service rep for volkswagen, Cody, thinks he is a mechanic and knows about cars but its usually just one excuse after another. They do not want to take responsibility for their own actions. Terrible place. If you need volkswagen service, do yourself a favor and drive to the coast.

Jackson MS's Volkswagen dealership is the most unprofessional and unorganized dealership I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. My incident starts with me leaving Wichita KS and traveling towards Biloxi MS to perform military service. About 20 minutes outside of Jackson, my car’s dash lit up, and a CMS light illuminated. It then went into "limp” mode, refusing to go above 40 miles per hour. This was the first time I'd ever broken down in a vehicle, so it kind of freaked me out for a moment.
I reached out to the dealership in Wichita KS, and they advised me to tow my vehicle to the nearest Volkswagen dealership as I had a warranty. They scheduled a tow truck, which took me to the Jackson MS VW dealership. Upon arrival on February 19th, I met with Jonathan, the Volkswagen service representative. After explaining my predicament with the military and my urgent need for the car to commute to work, he assured me that my vehicle would be in by the 22nd, with parts ordered, taking about two weeks to repair. However, he didn't get my vehicle into the shop until nearly three weeks later. Throughout this period, I called him every day or every other day, but he repeatedly postponed getting it into the shop, causing financial strain from rental car fees.
Eventually, they got my vehicle into the shop and found a hole in the gas tank. I called insurance, and they cut a check for maintenance. It then took over a week and a half to install a gas tank and address the initial issue. During this frustrating time, I tried contacting the general manager, service department management, and parts department management but received no response.
The dealership finally called to say my vehicle was ready for pickup. As I drove to Jackson, I called to confirm, but Jonathan requested a delay till the next day due to cleanup. Despite my insistence and USAA's instant check-cashing capability, he insisted on a delay and hung up when I mentioned arriving promptly.
While I rarely complain, this experience was unacceptable. The dealership should reconsider its management or start fresh. Despite the refund for overcharging, I hope to never deal with Jackson MS again.

The Service department of Jackson is a JOKE!! One the service manager is RUDE AND a complete jerk. The last I talked to him about my key fob he treated me like an idiot. And now My husband has literally been calling for 2 weeks to try and get an appt. No one ever answers nor calls him back. So he called for the GM this morning. Guess what?! Can’t get them on the phone and you go to leave a voice mail and it hangs up. I called and left ANOTHER voice mail for the service guy..

Look for Caroline snow she is the best!! we had been to all the dealerships in Rankin and no one had treated us like her, she was very kind to my two children, she gave them candy and crayons, she got us a beautiful car with an excellent price, she also explained everything to us about the car, her service is excellent! Thanks for all Caroline gracias :) eres la mejor!

Okay customer service . All I have to say is make sure you don’t leave anything you actually want in your vehicle when dropping off because two pair of my expensive boots went missing and they don’t do anything about it at all . Someone there can’t seem to keep their hands off people’s things, and this is not the only complaint nor review as others have experience this too as well .

I had dealt with this dealership with an Audi q5 service a while back and was not overly impressed. So I tried again and took my Atlas Cross Sport to VW Jackson for warranty repair. 4 hour round trip. We picked up the vehicle a couple weeks later after repairs were “completed”. When we arrived back home we found the filthy oily under engine cover thrown in the cargo area (see photo) not reinstalled on the vehicle and no hardware to install. I was shocked to say the least. After calming down, All I wanted was the hardware sent to me so I could reinstall the cover. After several calls (7) and left voicemails(3 that were never answered) talked to 2 different service managers and a direct email to customer service, I was promised twice that it was on its way. Now it’s almost 3 months later and I have received nothing. I would not take a lawn mower to this dealership for service. And I would not purchase anything they offer for sale in their entire dealership portfolio due to the poor service I have encountered. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. Steer far away from this place.

I had an appointment to get a recall taken care of at 8 am. They called me at 12 pm to tell me that they don't even have the parts yet. I made this appointment a month ago. Shouldn't the parts have been ordered prior to the appointment?! I basically took today off from work for NO REASON. My time was completely wasted. I really hope that the next time I come in for the recall service that it is handled better. This is frankly one of the worst experiences I've encountered from a VW service center.

Amazing!! The parts dept was able to get the tire we needed in quickly, and Haywood in the service dept got my Atlas back almost immediately, so we could get on the road home. Haywood and Joseph were both extremely kind and sympathetic to our situation. Haywood even called the next day to make sure we made it home. Amazing people and so kind!

The service at this dealership is horrible. I took a new VW Atlas in after the vehicle malfunctioned. They kept it one week, the service manager, and service teach were terrible. Other are rude, unprofessional, and not equipped to handle complicated repairs. No comparison to my VOLVO experience.

Mr Maywood is awesome
