Went there to get my fingerprints done and the lady said she couldn't do it just because it was just her and it was other person waiting she just didn't want to do it because she was being lazy.

THEY DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. THE PACKAGE HANDLER STOLE MY PACKAGE AND LIED LIKE IT WAS DELIVERED!!!!!

I discovered through my tracking number I had put the wrong return address when I made an online order.Therfore, when the carrier attempted to deliver the pckg they could not find the address bc there was no such number.I want to thank the clerks, the supervisors and the mail carriers at the Northview stationfor locating my pckg which was a birthday gift for a very special person.I don't think the public understands the process the mail goes through to end up in our mailbox.I now have a greater respect for what the postal employees are doing. I commend them for their efforts and the same goes for the employees at the Delta station.Thank you,Mrs. SThank you,Mrs. G

Friendly staffing, helpful and kind.Building is cleaned, not crowded for a normal Friday.

I have called this location a minimum of 15 times TODAY. There is no reason staff should be ignoring calls this often. No one is that busy. Considering the other reviews on this location, it seems to be a common thing. If the employees here don’t want to do their job I know plenty of people who are actually willing to work in Jackson that can apply.

I ultimately despise this location every month I have to go to the post office and make the supervisor move his feet to find my lost items. The carriers don't care and they falsify delivering packages

I've been waiting 2 weeks for a important piece of mail and the post office is no help. As a vet I'm super disappointed in the postal service.

The meanest old Lady with Blonde hair works the register I Guess she ready to retire because the way she talks and deal with customer's she is all in there business and we come in there wanting simple thing's she just mad for no reason I think her head hurts from all the frowning beautiful Lady ugly attitude
