“Super happy with the shopping experience at herrin gear bmw, our sales rep was Abraham, the key things that we liked that there was no pressure, we were allowed to take our time and look over the both cars we were interested in and test drive, but at the same time salesman was extremely responsive and knowledgeable especially in a certain bmw model. Overall 90% of my interactions with bmw dealer was opposite experience, its a long story but what we had yesterday i believe what proper vehicle shopping should be, no pressure but representative is there every second that we need him.
