I just left this pawn shop! My experience was amazing. Chuck is the guy’s name who helped me and I can say he did a job well done. He made my experience so easy and stress free. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile from each one of the employees and thanked at the end of my transaction. Honestly I have never experienced such good customer service at a pawn shop. John was very on point , attentive ,professional and helpful. Mr Vick is so sweet.. I was having a bad day but I left with a smile on my face. Thank yall so much.

I, had a great experience today at usa pawn! The customer service provided by Chuck today is what separate this location from the rest! He went from mopping the floor to getting me the loan I needed to get through the week in a matter of minutes! And the way those guys work together as a team is amazing! This is why I don't have to think about where to go when I need a loan!
