I was in a bind when my car wouldn't start on a busy weekday morning. I was worried about the cost of a tow, but I decided to call United Towing based on their reputation for good rates. I'm so glad I did. The driver who came to help was courteous and professional, and he towed my car to the repair shop for a very reasonable price. I appreciated their transparency when it came to pricing, and I felt like I got a great value for my money. Horrible place the lady at the front is very has a smile on her face but the whole time her and the white chubby guy that brings you your property from your car or scamming you they stole money out of my car my kids is closed I'm missing shoes then they said they can't open the trunk without the key which I have bikes in there which they they had the key while they're there so I think that's even though I told them they didn't use the back seat to get them out they said they couldn't have this long story so I bet you anything when I do go back there with the a key to my car my bikes are going to some be missing they're just a bunch of scammers with a smile thieves they'll steal your property while smiling in your face telling you everything's going to get better

I think his name was Donald if I remember right (I know his work name is Juliet.) He responded fast, was so nice, and drove me and my car from New Orleans to MS and never complained once! He was so nice and fun/easy to talk to and made me feel a lot less stressed. I cannot recommend him enough or say enough great things about him! Please give this man a huge raise or at least give him some thanks from me!Service: Long distance hauling

Car broke down in Gulfport. The receptionist on the phone was very friendly and the tow truck driver was professional. Both employees were very accommodating! I wish I could give a sixth start for being so quick. No wait time at all! Thank you United Towing !Service: Car towing
