This is my first and last time using Upack! Horrible experience. I paid almost $1,500 for a 2 to 4 day delivery and it's day 10 now and I still don't have my things. Never a again!!!!! No discount offered or anything, just an "IM SORRY" Really? It's not my fault that you guys are backed up! I paid for a service within specific time frame that I did not receive. That's bad business period. You guys picked up three cubes containing all my worldly possessions on February 12th, and all you can do is say you're sorry? Smh!! It's now February 22nd for god sakes!!!

Moving is the WORST, but made much better with U-PACK. I moved from Mississippi to Texas by myself so there was a lot of moving parts. This whole process was rather easy, which almost made me nervous. From the beginning, with the reservation, both the internet site and phone conversations were super helpful. During every step of the process, from relocube delivery, sendoff, and new delivery location, the staff and process was working along with you. They sent me text messages with reminders and links that had everything in one place. The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable. If I have to move again, I would use them again, and I will tell anyone I know about how wonderful this process was.

My father passed away recently in Canton, and we were looking for an easy and inexpensive way to move my mom. I called Pods and Uhaul for quotes on container moves, and there were charges for every part of the process. I found UPack on google and called for a quote. I couldn't believe they were less than half the price of the competition, and my container arrived twice as quickly. Every part of the process was easy, everyone I dealt with was professional and great communicators. It was hard enough losing my father, thank you all for making my move easy and affordable.
