  The customer service was not great when I picked up the vehicle. The lady seemed as if she did not want to be at work. The vehicle had a big pile of trash in it. It was as if someone swept it and just decided to leave it there . The young man who I returned the vehicle to was great .

  Van smelled like cigarettes even though it says no smoking, trash was in the back, no windshield wiper fluid, tire pressure sensor malfunction on passenger side front tire, and a check engine light on at 11k miles. Not good. Got from point A to B, over 850 miles.
