Worst bank/customer service experience of my entire life. Have been using Trustmark for a long time and usually go to one around the corner and have been cashing my check/making my deposit the same way (as Trustmark has advised me to do) for a long time. Decided to go to this one today and the teller made a point to tell everyone else thank you for your patience and have a good weekend, but said nothing to me. I was there for over 20 minutes — after I sent my deposit slip and check. And to top it all off, the deposit wasn’t done right! Now, Trustmark has a 37 minute wait time when I tried to call.

Inept upkeeping of there mortgage website. Recently changed, you have to put in all your information for payments again. Now, when I put in my financial institution routing number, the wrong institution comes up. My online requst about this and as per ususal no answer ( this has happen 2 other times). On the phone now, after the hunt to find a number, for 15 minutes. You go through all the hoops to get help via their automated menu, well though you got to the mortgage dept, they don't handle the "online portion"! These people are alseep at the switch!!!
