I don’t have an account but my 88 year old cousin does. She really puts her trust in the president Ms young. Ms young is so helpful and takes so time and patience with my elderly cousin. Watching her, she seems to be same way wilt many of her customers. Thank you Ms Young

I made the mistake of going to this branch today to drop off a deposit for my business account. After a 30 minute wait (there weren't many customers in the place) I had to leave. I started in the drive thru then went inside after a long wait outside. While in line I asked a teller if she was open, without a word to me she slapped her "teller closed" sign up. Four tellers were at the front (one was waiting on a customer) not one would wait on me. It is a longer drive for me to go to the two Clinton branches - both Clinton branches have superb customer service - but I will never come back to the Hwy 18 branch. The Hwy 18 branch is a mess. The customer service is rock bottom.

This location has the worse customer service, guess because it is oN HWY 18. I've had so many bad experiences. The tellers are always rude and lack enthusiasm. Always get a bad feeling when u enter. I choose other locations.
