“David Sampson, thank you for all of your assistance on today February 8, 2024 and your remarkable customer services and going out your way to retrieve my vehicle. I was traveling for work through Hazelhurst MS to Dallas, Texas and my SUV broke down on January 15 and my insurance company dispatch the first towing company Curtis Towing who was willing to perform and take care of his duties. However when a situation arose where I would have to leave my SUV at the nearest repair shop due to the insurance will only carry the vehicle up to 10 miles. Curtis inform me he will store my vehicle for $15.00 a day. In retrieving my vehicle on February 6, 2024 when requested a invoice to pay out the storage fee. I was denied and he increased the storage fee. This was the most unprofessional and irresponsible situation I ever had to deal. Being 8 hours away and Curtis refusing to our CC over the phone after hr advise he does take CC placed in a very uncomfortable position. Curtis had attempted to not only fraud my insurance company but became very verbally aggressive and was refusing to give me my property. It got so bad, law enforcement became involved but it was only so much I could do with being 8 hours away.I called around and was reading reviews from different tow companies and I reached out to David ASAP TOWING.I was very transparent and told him EVERYTHING that was going on and that I will need to pay cash to CURTIS to retrieve my vehicle. He quoted me a price of the job which was very reasonable In addition he WENT COMPLETELY OUT OF HIS WAY to go to the ATM to get the money I sent him. He even waited at Walmart due to Curtis not being available when he arrived to get my car.I highly highly recommend this Company ASAP Towing, what I’ve learned in business is doing right by people doing your job the RIGHT WAY and being a good person overall is a MAJOR KEY. ?I received receipts automatically after both transactions were completed by ASAP towing.It’s important to be honest and fair and not take advantage or try to shecme and scam people which could and has led to a civil lawsuit with the prior tow company.In conclusion, I am satisfied with the service provided to me. I am GRATEFUL for ALL of your assistances.”

“Hit a deer on my way home and was stuck. This tow service drove an hour north of Jackson to come get me and then drove another hour and a half north to my house. Mr. Walker was super friendly and the company was very polite on the phone. If I'm ever in a bind around Jackson again, definitely calling these guys!”

“Fixed my door handle really fast. I went here after the run around with another mechanic. Called this place up on like a Monday bright my truck there Tuesday had the situation assessed brought it back Wednesday had to pick it up so I could get to work bright it back Thursday and my door handle was fixed and ready before I had to go to work and that's after they had to order the replacements for the door handle they did great and I will be using them from now on and referring people I know to go here.”
