I sat there and ask the lady do y’all do individual lashes she told me no ! Why would you have it in the menu then , makes no sense then I paid 18$ for a strips of lashes to come off the next , she have a horrible azz attitude, the store is very filthy , the man did a great job on my nails, he to took his time ! It’s just this lady if she can’t come in with a positive attitude DONT WORK THERE!!! She the reason why customers don’t wanna come here!

Top Nails 4441 North State Street, Jackson MS, the worst nail shop in Jackson? My 14 year old daughter went in there with her Christmas Gift card on yesterday, her charge was $65.00, we signed the receipt for $65.00 and the card was issued by Mississippi Federal Credit Union, and valued at $100.00, my daughter thought she had $35.00 left, she went to Kroger to shop and she only had $22.00 left, Top Nails had charged my daughter $78.00, but the receipt l signed said $65.00, but when l checked the card transactions it listed $78.00 for Top Nails, this is 4441 North State Street in Jackson, MS. This was on 12/22, l went back with my daughter today to get her refund,and they said they would not do a refund and this type thing happens sometimes and l needed to contact Mississippi Federal Credit Union, these people are tipping there selves, they are stilling from customers and hoping we are not checking our credit card transactions, my daughter cried because they overcharged her card, l will go to the credit union on Tuesday after Christmas and report this fraud against Top Nails, do not go to this place and if you do check you credit card before you leave , this business is broke, so they are resorting to stealing from teenagers and hardworking Moms! Please do not go to Top Nails! I wish l could rate them a 0, please don’t send you daughter’s there, find a trustworthy nail salon who is not so broke they stealing!Mrs. Monica Powell Mitchell

The wax was good. But the customer service on the older lady is TERRIBLE!!! She BANGED on the door while I was using the restroom and followed with no apology. Instead she proceeded to give me the stank eye for the duration of my visit. I wanted more services, but left just to get away from her!
