Updated Review Year 2024: Not pleased. Jeremy quoted $89.99 over the phone when given my make/model for an oil change. I also told him I had a $10 coupon. I booked my appointment solely because of the rate quoted. Upon my arrival, Appointments were not a priority and were treated like a walk-in. I waited two hours for a basic oil change! The lady at the counter would not honor the price quoted to me and spoke rudely and dismissively. She insisted I was given a starting price and not the actual cost based on my vehicle requirements. Her rate was $139. I reiterated what had been told to me and she brought it down to $111 but said that was all she could do. I am not going back and forth with anyone so I paid it and vowed to never return.
Previous Review Year 2021: JR is very professional. These are nice people that provide quality service. They definitely understand customer service.

Jordan, Jeremy and Erin all had great customers service. They greeted us at the door with a smile. The service was super fast. great vibes they al lines what we need and got us in and out in a timely manned. I would recommend anybody to Mavis and most definitely would be returning back in the future.
