This place is the best place to board your dogs. The people that work there are so wonderful and they truly care about animals! Family owned business not some chain! Luther and Van Gogh love being there!

I'm not a big "review" person but when I get so disappointed with the service, quality of work and poor customer relations, I just have to speak up so I can hopefully save others the headache. They totally chopped up and messed up our dogs hair and didn't bathe him. We provided a picture of what we wanted and they just shaved him down. Then said, "well there is nothing that can be done now with a it will grow back attitude." We will NEVER use this bad business again. Just awful!

I’ve only had one experience with this groomer but it was excellent. I have a Fox Terrier. Correctly grooming that type of coat is a difficult tedious process. It’s very hard to find someone that even does it. The Dog Wash does, and did a fantastic job. Scheduled my next appointment on the spot. Dog looks great.

They were very helpful and you could tell they are compassionate towards pets. They help me with a stray dog. They are excellent groomers.

Awesome, gentle & caring people! It was Gabbie’s first time to a groomer and she was scared to death and when We picked her up she was just calm and beautiful as she could be. It really meant a lot that she wasn’t scared to death the whole time…You could tell she felt so much better with a fresh cut and wash And it meant the world to us That she was treated so gently. We were both so apprehensive about it with it being her first time! They will be our groomers for life!

The worst place ever for my fur babies. I called in advance and asked what it would cost to kennel her for the weekend and I was quoted on price and charge a totally different one. I also asked them to trim her nails for me and they charged me but never even touched them. As soon as I picked her up she was acting very schitish and scared. She never barks and is always on sweet. But she has not stopped barking or going nuts since we picked her up. We know her bathroom habits and by the way she pot-tied after we picked her up they never took her out to potty all morning it is now the afternoon. I am extremely upset with how my sweet fur baby was returned to me. Please if you love your fur babies never bring them to this awful place.

Do not bring your dog here for grooming. This is the second time that I left simple instructions and they were not followed. We have a Havanese, and they cut his hair on his ears off down to the skin. I have had these dogs for 15 years and have never seen one's ears cut off to the skin. If it does not grow back, I will sue them. Once before they brought out a dog that was not mine, and insisted that it was. Trusting them, I started for home and had not gone a block before I realized that this was not my dog. This place used to be number one, but management has changed and it is sub standard for the high prices they charge. The original owner was one of my wife's customers at Maison Weiss. It was great back then, but they now have people who are not qualified to groom a dog as it should be for the breed. If I could post a picture of the dog on here, I would. Never going back there again. They would not even answer my call because they knew how upset I was. No excuse for incompetence at these prices.

This place has gone down since their management and staff have changed lately. We have taken two dogs to them for grooming for the past five years. Their quality of service has steadily gone down. Once at pickup, they gave me the wrong dog insisting it was mine. I have given them simple instructions which were not followed for the third time yesterday. The groomer cut all the hair off our Havanese's ears. Came home looking like a terrier. They did not take my repeated calls to complain because they knew what they had done. Will not be going back. No excuse for this level of incompetence at the high prices they charge. They also removed hair from both dogs' tails by not combing them correctly. This hair will not grow back. Don't risk ruining your pet's appearance possibly permanently.
