Still haven't received my tax refund with this company yet..I've never had to wait this long on my refund.. Makes me think he done something Wrong on my paperwork..Never filing with this company again...I need my dam refund !

Very rude once you file and call to check , they will lie to you about the fees charged, doesn't give you your paperwork unless you ask for it, will file your federal and not your state without telling you. Clearly they know they have poor service 90% of the good reviews are from the actual workers of sunbelt. Please choose elsewhere were , you get ripped off & attitudes.

My taxes were prepared wrong last year by Chris. I did not receive my taxes until months later and he had to amended my tax twice. Not only did it affect me last year negatively, it is affecting me this year. I went with another agency Ace, but they use the same bank( I felt I should have been warned, because I explained what happened last year) and I was denied an advance, because he prepared my taxes wrong last year. Learning to prepare my own taxes from now own. I encourage all to learn as well. They are getting rich off of our hard earned money. Charging 6 to eight hundred dollars, lying about fees that are going straight in their pockets. Also you all are entitled to all of your tax preparation papers, not just the two front sheets!
