Hands down, I 100% recommend this StorageMax facility! Mrs. Lori is extremely helpful, patient, and very insightful! The facility is well kept and maintained. You instantly feel welcomed the moment you step on the premises. If you are looking for a storage unit and don’t want to break the break, I’d wholeheartedly recommend StorageMax Northtown and please ask for Mrs. Lori! She’s the best!

The storage facility at Northtown is great! Lori has gone above and beyond for me since day one. She does anything she can to make this an easy transition. She’s very caring and supportive. The facility is always clean and very well maintained. I would recommend StorageMax Northtown to anyone.

I was thrilled recently to go to Storage Max and to meet Lori who was so kind and understood exactly what my needs were. She gave me a wonderful impression of the facility and I felt and feel I’m in good hands. She even came and helped my movers know exactly where they should go.
Lori is so perfect at what she does that i was referred to her by name by two tenants who recommended Storage Max. I am very pleased with my new “home” for my extra belongings!

I owned a storage unit with StorageMax for a couple of years. The service provided there was great, and I never had a problem with security or storage of my items. Ms. Lori at the front desk is very organized, and always keeps you up to date with promotions and events that can help cut down some of the cost of storage rates. This has been my first and only experience with a storage unit, but I am glad I picked this one.

Lori Finch, Manager of Northtown StorageMax is a consummate, caring, professional! She provided excellent customer service and went above and beyond by contacting a neighboring store for use of their van because I was unable to complete my move and their truck was going into the shop for 3 weeks! She toured me of the facility and made sure I knew of other ammenties provided at their location. I would highly recommend this location for your storage needs!

I was so grateful to find Storage Max. I ended up in a bind with another storage company who went up on their price tremendously after 3 months of renting a unit from them. I found Storage Max on google and called immediately. The price for the same storage space is about the same that I was paying at the previous storage before they went up on the price. Storage Max also has a moving truck that I was able to use for free! My price is locked in and I no longer have to worry about any outrageous price increases. I definitely recommend Storage Max and I will be using this company from now on.
