Thought they were a stand up company. But no! Had to take truck back. That was questionable. But then they called us drunk and threatening to go military on my disabled husband. What is wrong with this place? I'm sure the founders of this company are disappointed in them. Just an awful experience. Don't go there.

I took my truck to get a complete paint job. Dam told me $3000 and 3 weeks. I went to pick it up 4 weeks later and they had bent the back rails and put washers stacked on the nuts, didn't repair hail damage, didn't paint door jams or inside of tailgate, had over spray on it and tape glue on the molding. I carried it back on their schedule in 2 days should be ready but took 4. There's still some issues but I accepted it. Then out of no where they called me tonight at 7:30, drunk threatening to beat my but with my cane. I am disabled. Telling me they had a judge would eat me up. Saying they were all military. Just threat on top of threat. Not a professional way to do business. Very dissatisfied with the whole experience.

Horrible experience here. Bad paint job. Overpriced. Very rude staff. Plus it took longer than what they said. Nothing good to say about these people. They even threatened a disabled man from the military. Do NOT waste your money here on dishonest no good rude little boys that have never done an honest days work in their entire life.

Took 5 months and they finally took my car to dealership to get fixed then on my 7 hour drive home had multiple problems and still have to take my car back to local dealership. Thank goodness my adjuster has been wonderful and helpful.

I took my Corvette to Smith Bros. Body Shop for paint work, replace weather stripping around the doors and fix a door lock. I dealt with Chuck (Owner) on these repairs. I was told the work would be completed within two weeks. I said fine, wasn't in a hurry for the car. The painting was done within a couple of days, then my vehicle sat in the parking lot for a month. I inquired from time to time about the status on fixing my car and was told there was a delay in getting the parts. I was given different excuses about the parts arriving. I finally told Chuck I needed the car back the following week (Friday). This was on a Wednesday the week before I wanted the car back. He informed me that the parts (weather stripping) would arrive on Thursday and he would paint the strip that goes around the car along with installing the weather stripping and clean the car up and have it ready by Friday of the next week. We agreed to wait on the door lock repair since the parts were on back order. I called on Thursday the day before I needed the car and was told it would be ready that afternoon or the next morning. I was lead to believe the strip would be painted, weather strip would be installed and the car would be cleaned up. I was informed of the charges at this time. When I arrived on Friday to pick up the car, I didn't inspect the work that was to have been done. I paid him and left. When I got in the car to leave I realized that my steering, seats and mirrors had been changed as if someone had been driving the car, not just moving it around. I can't prove it, but I think an employee took a joy ride. When I got home and I did a closer inspected of the car, I realized the car was dirty, weather stripping had not been installed and the strip had not been painted. This work was supposed to have been included in the price. The work that was done was sloppy and unprofessional (muffler was painted) and compound all over the car. I called Chuck about the situation and why the work was not completed. He told me I had not given him enough time. If I brought it back he could finish the job in a day. He said there would be more charges. I feel I've been cheated, lied to and mislead and this whole episode was dishonest and unprofessional. I wouldn't let my vehicle get within a 100 yards of this place again.
